Since 1950, Cooper Perry Plumbing has served Tulsa and the communities that grew up alongside it — from Broken Arrow and Jenks to Sand Springs and Owasso. 75 years of Tulsa-area plumbing.
Cooper Perry Plumbing has operated out of Tulsa since 1950. We've served the city through every decade of growth — the post-war suburbs, the oil-boom builds, the 80s renovations, and everything since.
The shop is at 4809 S 31st West Ave in southwest Tulsa. Our service area covers the metro and the surrounding communities — east to Broken Arrow and Catoosa, south to Jenks and Bixby, west to Sand Springs and Sapulpa, and north to Owasso and Skiatook.
Post-war ranch homes in south Tulsa. Brick bungalows in Midtown. 1970s builds in Sand Springs. The cast-iron stacks, galvanized supply lines, and discontinued fixtures most shops won't touch — we've worked on them since they were new.
We plumb new construction too — Broken Arrow subdivisions, Owasso new builds, Jenks custom homes. Same crew, same standard, whether the house went up in 1955 or last year.
See what we do →75 years of Tulsa plumbing means we know the water quality, the pipe vintages, the typical failure modes, and the quirks of each neighborhood's infrastructure — before we arrive.
As the Tulsa metro grew, so did our service area. We've been working these communities long enough that many customers are second- or third-generation.
If we can't get to you directly, we know the plumbers who can — and we'll point you to someone you can trust. Tulsa's plumbing trade is a tight-knit community. We've been part of it since 1950.
Call the shop Monday through Friday. A real plumber picks up. We'll confirm your area, discuss the job, and get you on the books.
