75 years on the Tulsa trades.

Every decade brought something new — new materials, new codes, new technology. We learned each one. The first water heater we serviced in Tulsa has been replaced twice since. The last one was installed last week.

1950

Founded in Tulsa

Cooper Perry Plumbing opens for business in Tulsa, Oklahoma. One shop, one commitment: honest plumbing at a fair price for Tulsa homeowners and businesses.

1960s

Residential growth across Tulsa

Tulsa's postwar residential boom. Cooper Perry rough-ins bathrooms and kitchens in hundreds of Tulsa homes. Some of that copper is still in service today.

1970s

Commercial expansion

Tulsa's commercial district grows. Cooper Perry moves into commercial plumbing, boilers, and steam systems — specialties that most shops would later abandon. We kept them.

1980s

Repipes & water heater specialty

Thousands of Tulsa homes with galvanized and polybutylene pipe that wouldn't last. Cooper Perry becomes one of the area's trusted repipe contractors. Water heater service — our specialty — grows.

2000s

Tankless conversions & new construction

Tulsa's building growth continues. Cooper Perry sizes and plumbs tankless water heater installs and stays active in new construction rough-in across the metro.
